We are pleased to announce the 2009 European Glial Cell meeting at the Centre Universitaire des Saints Pères (University Descartes), one of Paris largest academic venues, located in the heart of the museum and cultural district of the city.

PLENARY SPEAKERS

The European Glial Cell meetings have provided an international focus for workers interested in neuro-glia interactions since they started in 1994. The 2009 Paris meeting will deal with the biology of glial cells in development, health and disease, in addition to more general issues in development neurobiology, stem cell biology and regeneration. Il will offer :

Extensive poster sessions

The meeting will start on the afternoon of Tuesday September 8 with a symposium, plenary lectures and a welcome reception, then will continue through to lunchtime on Saturday September 12.
